Motivation

At the beginning of autumn, it is sometimes difficult to find sufficient motivation to take care of your body.

Everything is hectic and we lack energy.

More than ever, it is necessary to have an activity that fascinates us, in which we merge our body and our mind.

The only feeling that encourages us to pursue a non-imperative action in the long term is joy. There is no longevity without love.

The secret to lasting is to love what you do, and the more you love, the more you will resist all difficulties.

So rather than wondering if you will have the motivation to engage in an activity, ask yourself if you love it more than anything.


If the answer is yes, then you will be unstoppable.

I found my way with cycling, mountain biking, gravel and I think I found another with Nordic walking.
